Kensal Rising

A schedule of works that included removing the whole top floor and roof, the addition of a Juliet balcony and finished off with expansive and light bringing Velux windows. It was a renovation that took it from being one of the most unloved properties on the street to a fantastic example of contemporary fit and finish. Oh and we almost doubled its value too.
